In this new article I want to introduce you to three whiskey labels to give as gifts on any occasion and to any enthusiast of this spirit available on Amazon.
Let's start immediately and see which three labels I have selected especially for you!
1: Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Limited Edition
Budget: 50 euro
In first place we have a limited edition of Jack Daniel's, one of the iconic brands belonging to the Tennessee whiskey category.
Jack Daniels Single Barrel Select is one of Jack Daniels' flagship spirits, the legendary Tennessee distillery founded in 1865 one of the oldest in the United States. It is produced by 1997 and the barrels in which it is matured remain on the upper floor of the distillery where the contrast in temperatures causes the distillate to acquire more nuances than wood. Jack Daniel's water comes directly from a deep cave 2 miles near the distillery.
The whiskey presents smoky and cereal aromas in the mouth combined with the subtle nuance of caramel and vanilla, as well as toasted notes and light touches of spice.
2: Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Budget: 40 euro
In second place of whiskeys to give as gifts I placed Woodford Reserve, a whiskey with a perfectly balanced taste. Consisting of more than 200 detectable aromatic notes ranging from wheat to wood, up to sweet aromas, spices and fruity notes, was awarded with 2 medals: one to the 2018 Bartenders brand awards ed una al 2020 Bartenders brand awards.
Made in small batches, it is characterized by a rich taste, round and soft which leaves room for citrus notes, cinnamon and cocoa. The aroma is composed of toasted notes of dried fruit accompanied by hints of orange peel, bitter cocoa, spices, vanilla and tobacco.
3: Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey
Budget: 30 euro
In third place among the whiskeys to give as gifts we find a bourbon whiskey with the iconic bottle in the shape of an American tombstone, the bulleit. Inspired by the bourbon whiskey introduced further 150 years ago by Augustus Bulleit, this whiskey owes its complex character, clean and refined to a unique blend of rye, more and malto d’orzo. This label is made with water filtered by limestone in charred American oak barrels to obtain its distinctive color and part of its flavor.
It has an amber color and a light spiciness and sweet oak aromas. This bourbon is smooth on the palate with tones of maple and nutmeg and a long, slightly caramelized finish..
This whiskey was recommended to everyone’ Utimate Spirits Challenge 2015, Gold 2012 San Francisco World Spirits Competition e al Beverage Testing’s Institute International Review of Spirits Competition.
