To learn about rum from the basics to the technical details this book is truly phenomenal! Written by Tristan Stephenson, bartender among the best in London and owner of a cocktail bar arrived for well 3 times among the best 50 in the world, it is a set of really interesting information. The book analyzes the entire cultural history of rum by letting you know its evolution over the years. Towards the end of the book, the most famous labels in the world and some distilleries are also indicated in this case, in addition to rum-based recipes of course.
