Homemade kiwi syrup

One homemade kiwi syrup it is really simple to prepare. Only two ingredients are needed for this recipe, namely fruit and sugar. I'll explain immediately how it is prepared!

INGREDIENTS

  • Kiwi
  • Caster sugar

TOOLS REQUIRED

  • Jar or similar container
  • Balance
  • Chopping board
  • Knife

PREPARATION

Start by taking the cutting board and knife and cleaning the peel from the kiwi. Now cut the fruit into cubes, it is not important that these are regular. Try not to cut them too coarsely in order to increase the contact ratio between the fruit and the sugar.

Weigh the fruit and place it in the jar along with an equal amount of granulated sugar. Close the jar and leave it in the fridge to rest for about a day.

At this point, just filter the fruit to divide the liquid, you have thus obtained your syrup!

CONCLUSION

As you have seen, preparing a homemade kiwi syrup is really simple. If you prefer, you can obviously use a fruit other than kiwi based on your personal taste. What I can advise you is to go and use a fairly ripe fruit that contains a’ high percentage of water inside.
