The moscow mule is a long drink based on vodka that has been on the iba list for several years. Composed of only three ingredients, it remains one of the most appreciated and consumed drinks not only by young people and in any type of venue.

INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml vodka
- 15 ml fresh squeezed lime juice
- Top up ginger beer
- SEAL: Lime wedge / sprig of mint
- ICE: Cubes
TOOLS REQUIRED
- GLASS: Tumbler alto
- Bar spoon
- Jigger
- Save the citrus fruits
PREPARATION
To prepare the Moscow mule, start by squeezing the lime in order to obtain the juice. Typically a half lime will allow you to get approx 15 ml, the exact amount for a drink.
As this is the build technique, you just need to pour all the ingredients directly into the glass. Proceed by taking the tall tumbler and fill it with ice cubes. Mix the ice with the barspoon inside the glass to cool it.
Drain the water that has formed and pour in the vodka, the lime juice and finally complete by filling the glass with ginger beer.

Stir lightly with the barspoon to mix all the ingredients and garnish with a lime wedge. If you prefer to give an extra touch of color you can use a sprig of mint and a sprinkling of icing sugar. add, if you go, a straw and your Moscow mule is ready, Salute!
